RM-C Andrews Residence Hall #3 (Footings & Block Wall)
It seems as soon as the construction site dries out a bit we either get rain or some snow! It doesn’t seem to effect the guys onsite as they are moving along at Randolph-Macon College – Andrews Residence Hall walls are starting to come together on the wings and the middle section footers are almost done.
